Sovin`on blan is an ancient international wine grape variety. According to the results of genetic studies, it is a descendant of the ancient Savagnin variety.

This variety is widely used in winemaking and is cultivated in many regions, including Crimea, where it is studied as part of the varietal diversity for the needs of breeding and wine production.
