The berries of the variety have a deep burgundy color, crispy juicy flesh, and a sweet neutral taste. As a seedless form, the variety may develop abnormally large and hard seed rudiments in certain seasons.

The variety adapts to most types of soil and climatic conditions. International grape quality classification provides specific standards for its minimum cluster weight, given the characteristic twisted stem.
