The variety belongs to the group of hybrid Zantedeschia, the breeding of which usually involves the species Zantedeschia rehmannii and Zantedeschia elliottiana. The flowers are characterized by a red or red-orange color, sometimes with a garnet hue.

The plant reaches a height of about 45–60 cm. The peduncles are less rigid compared to larger species. Like other tuberous Zantedeschia, the variety requires a dormancy period and is not winter-hardy.
