Variety description

The variety has heart-shaped dark green leaves with white speckles. The funnel-shaped flower spathes are colored brownish-burgundy with a ruby shade, and may appear almost black in the shade.

The plant reaches a height of 60 to 80 cm depending on growing conditions. The variety is summer-flowering, with a flowering period lasting from early summer to early autumn.

The plant is not frost-hardy. In regions with cold winters, digging up the tubers and storing them in a dry, cool place is required.
