The hybrid has dent-type grain with a starch content of 72.8–75% and protein of 8.8–9.2%. The ear forms 14–18 grain rows. The plant is distinguished by rapid early growth, a high rate of moisture loss during maturation, and prolonged green leaf retention (Stay Green).
The crop possesses high resistance to lodging, cold stress during early development, and tolerance to common smut, root and stalk rots, helminthosporiosis, and ear fusariosis.
The hybrid is suitable for conventional and minimum tillage, as well as for cultivation in monoculture and under irrigation. The recommended plant density at harvest ranges from 40–50 thousand plants/ha under insufficient moisture to 80–85 thousand plants/ha under sufficient moisture.
