The hybrid belongs to the mid-season group (FAO 340). The duration of the growing season varies depending on the cultivation zone: from 108 days in the Southern Steppe to 118 days in Polissia. The plant reaches a height of about 260 cm; the ear is attached at a height of 120 cm.
The ears have a cylindrical shape and dent-type yellow grain; the number of grain rows is 16–18. The hybrid possesses high resistance to common smut and the European corn borer, and also exhibits maximum heat and drought tolerance.
The grain yield potential is up to 102 c/ha in the Southern Steppe and up to 155 c/ha in the Forest-Steppe. The hybrid is intended for grain cultivation, is suitable for mechanical harvesting and storage of ears in non-specialized storage facilities, and can also be used for silage production.
