Harvesting is carried out at the technical maturity stage, when 2–3 rows of stamens are developed, followed by sorting flowers into quality classes based on stem length and thickness.

In protected ground conditions with a planting density of 6–7 plants per square meter, the yield is 175–240 flowers/m²/year, whereas in open field conditions, these figures decrease to 130–160 flowers/m²/year. Yield at the individual plant level can reach 2 stems per month.

Key factors for increasing productivity include maintaining optimal planting density, using organic substrates such as peat, and regularly snapping off flower stalks from the crown, which stimulates the development of new shoots. Furthermore, marketable yield is critically influenced by light intensity, mineral nutrition levels, and maintaining air humidity at levels up to 90–92%.
