The plant is a compact bush with a height of up to 100–120 cm. Young pod ovaries are 7–9 cm long and grow upward. Harvesting is carried out 3–6 days after flowering, before the fruits become coarse.
The variety is traditional (heirloom), historically established in the region of the former Yugoslavia. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for freezing, drying, and canning.
