The variety «Cinóber» is an ornamental woody crop created as a result of breeding work in Hungary. The selection of material was aimed at obtaining stable specimens adapted to local climatic conditions.
As a representative of the species Acer platanoides, the plant possesses the basic morphological characteristics of the species: a dense crown, yellow-green flowers, and winged fruits (samaras).
