The variety is characterized by a medium-early maturity and forms a dense, uniform turf with an upright growth habit. It possesses high aggressiveness against annual bluegrass (Poa annua), which allows for its use in overseeding existing surfaces.

The plant is resistant to heat, salinity, and intensive traffic. The variety was bred for resistance to diseases such as dollar spot, brown blight, copper spot, and Fusarium, but shows sensitivity to Microdochium patch.

The variety is adapted to professional maintenance and mowing at heights down to 2.5 mm. It is intended exclusively for the establishment and renovation of greens, tees, and fairways on golf courses and requires specific maintenance conditions.
