The variety is adapted to transition zone conditions, possesses high heat tolerance, good winter hardiness, and rapid spring regrowth. It has increased resistance to dollar spot and a low level of thatch accumulation. It is suitable for low mowing and conditions requiring reduced resource consumption.
The primary intended use includes professional application on golf courses (greens, tees, fairways) and the creation of highly ornamental carpet-type lawns in private landscape design.
