The variety forms flat-round bulbs weighing about 80 g in annual sowing and up to 100 g when grown biennially from sets. The produce is characterized by good keeping quality, which allows the variety to be used for long-term storage, processing, and fresh consumption.

The chemical composition of the bulbs includes 15–17% dry matter and 8–9% disaccharides. In terms of taste characteristics, the variety belongs to the pungent category. The plant is adapted to various cultivation methods, including direct seeding into the soil.
