The hybrid is a winter crop for open field cultivation. The growing period is about 240 days; selective harvesting is possible starting from May 15. The crop is characterized by high winter hardiness and resistance to bolting, including early bolting, as well as resistance to pink root rot.
The bulbs have a rounded shape, a golden-brown color, and a very thin neck. The inner scales are snow-white and succulent. The average bulb weight is 200–250 g, although values from 140–160 g occur. Yield ranges from 30 to 85 t/ha; keeping quality of the produce is up to 90 days.
The hybrid is intended for sale on the fresh market, drying, and also for growing for greens (bunching produce) due to rapid bulb formation and high-quality scales.
