The plant has a powerful root system and dark green leaves with a waxy bloom. Large round bulbs weighing 100–180 g have a snow-white glossy surface and succulent crispy flesh with a semi-sharp or sweetish taste.
The variety possesses immunity or high tolerance to pink root rot, Fusarium, and downy mildew, and is also resistant to premature bolting. The bulbs are firm, suitable for mechanical harvesting and long-term storage.
Intended for fresh consumption, drying, and storage. Grown using transplanting and direct seeding methods.
