The variety is mid-early, the period from emergence to harvest is 70–75 days. The plant forms tubular leaves of dark green color 25–35 cm in length; a true bulb is not formed, instead a thickened pseudostem develops.
The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness and cold tolerance. Suitable for cultivation in open field and protected cultivation, including year-round in greenhouses or indoor conditions, and can be grown as a perennial plant.
