The variety forms a very long and dense white pseudostem. The narrow leaves have a blue-green hue and an upright position, which allows for denser plant spacing.
The plant possesses pronounced winter hardiness, which allows it to be used for harvesting from autumn until the end of winter or early spring. The variety is resistant to bolting, is not a hybrid, and maintains its traits when propagated by seeds.
