The variety forms dense, fleshy stems 25–30 cm long. The foliage has a characteristic blue-green hue and is distinguished by high density. When hilling agronomic practices are followed, the plant forms a long white stem.
This variety belongs to the winter group and is intended for harvesting in late autumn and throughout the winter until early spring. The plant possesses pronounced winter hardiness and resistance to Alternaria, rust, and white tip.
