The plant forms a long, well-blanched pseudostem and narrow, upright leaves of green color. The height of the mature plant reaches about 70 cm.

The variety is distinguished by high resistance to cold, which allows it to be left in the soil until late autumn or for the winter. The crop is used as a vegetable for autumn and winter consumption.
