The variety is fast-growing and characterized by mid-green leaves. The length of the blanched stem section reaches 7–8 inches. The plant does not form a bulb.

The variety has low winter hardiness, making it sensitive to low temperatures, and is not recommended for winter sowing in regions with cold climates. Intended for fresh consumption and culinary use.
