The variety is late-ripening; the period from emergence to harvest takes from 125 to 175 days. The plant height varies from 20 to 50 cm. The leaves are broad, dark green in color, often covered with a waxy bloom. The pseudostem is cylindrical in shape, reaching 10–25 cm in length with a diameter of 3–6 cm; the taste is delicate and mildly pungent.
The variety is not an F1 hybrid and is intended for cultivation in open field. Due to good frost resistance, it is suitable for harvesting in autumn and early winter. The plant possesses resistance to major diseases and is used fresh and thermally processed.
