The plant reaches a height of 30–50 cm. The pseudo-stem has a cylindrical shape, its height is about 10–25 cm. The taste of the produce is characterized as pleasant and mild.

The variety is intended for cultivation in the autumn-winter period. Due to its winter hardiness, it is suitable for cultivation in temperate climates, capable of withstanding frosts in the presence of cover or snow cover. Used fresh and stewed.
