Variety description

The variety is a non-bolting plant 50–65 cm in height. The bulb has white covering scales and contains 12–15, sometimes up to 20, cloves of a soft pink hue. The average weight of the head is 65–80 g with a diameter of 45–55 mm; however, under favorable conditions, the weight can reach 100–110 g.

The variety is versatile in planting and can be grown as spring or winter garlic. It possesses a high level of dormancy, which ensures good preservation during storage. The plant is resistant to a number of diseases; certified virus-free planting material is available. The flesh is dense and juicy, with a medium-pungent taste.
