Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the purple garlic group and has a genetic link to the Morado ecotype. The plant is capable of forming a flower stalk, has a stem suitable for mechanical harvesting, and is considered free from specific viruses and nematodes.

The bulb contains 7 to 10 cloves and possesses an intense taste and aroma. Due to its excellent keeping quality, the variety is intended for commercial production, fresh market use, and the processing industry.

Planting is carried out from October to February at a density of 200,000–220,000 plants per hectare. Harvesting is carried out from mid-June to July when about two-thirds of the foliage turns yellow.
