Variety description

The variety forms plants 0.5–0.7 m tall with strong, erect leaves of intense green color, covered with a waxy bloom. It produces a flowering stalk with bulbils. Large, round bulbs weighing 60–80 g with a diameter of at least 45 mm are covered with dense grayish-purple or lilac scales.

Inside the bulb, there are 8 to 13, sometimes up to 15 cloves covered with a purple or brownish-cream skin. The flesh is creamy white, juicy, with an intense spicy taste and pronounced aroma. The variety is resistant to Fusarium and is suitable for storage for 6–8 months.

Intended for universal use: fresh consumption, canning, freezing, as well as for the needs of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
