The variety forms flowering shoots. The bulbs have a white-purple color and an average weight of 40–50 g. Inside the bulb, there are typically 3 to 5 large cloves covered with light-purple or cream-colored scales.

The plant has a pungent, spicy taste and a pronounced aroma. Due to the high content of biologically active compounds, the variety is primarily in demand for the needs of the pharmaceutical industry and processing.
