The variety is a winter non-bolting ("nepaličak") garlic, planted from September to December. The maturity period is characterized as mid-early, with harvest taking place in July.

The bulbs are of medium size and dense structure, their color is white. Each bulb forms 7–11 large cloves, arranged irregularly and covered with a gray-white skin, sometimes with purple spots.

The taste of the garlic is distinctly pungent, aromatic, and noble. Studies indicate high levels of polyphenols and antioxidant activity. The variety is used as food and as virus-free seed material.
