The variety is a broad-leaved winter bolting garlic. The plant forms semi-erect leaves of medium-green color with medium to high-intensity waxy bloom and a curved flower stalk of medium length.

The bulb is of medium size, round shape, contains 10 to 14 cloves arranged at the neck level. Inflorescences form large aerial bulbils in the amount of 15–25 pieces.

The variety is characterized as medium-yielding, possesses good winter hardiness and a pleasant pungent taste. The harvest matures approximately by July 25.
