Variety description

The variety is a hybrid obtained by crossing Allium lycoanicum and Allium nigrum «Pink Jewel». The plant reaches a height of 65 to 120 cm. The inflorescences have a dense hemispherical shape with a diameter of 12–15 cm, consisting of star-shaped flowers of a soft lilac or delicate pink color.

The foliage of the variety is thin, gray-green in color, and maintains its decorative appearance until the flowering period. The strong peduncles are resistant to lodging. The variety has winter hardiness down to –30 °C and is classified as mid-late in terms of flowering time.

The plant is used in landscape design to create mixed borders and structural compositions. The inflorescences are suitable for cutting and retain their decorative appeal after flowering is complete in the form of dried structural heads.
