Variety description

The variety forms strong upright peduncles. The inflorescences are the size of a tennis ball and consist of star-shaped flowers. The plant's leaves are strap-shaped and coloured grey-green.
The plant is winter hardy and adapts to most soil types, provided there is good drainage. Flowering occurs from late spring to early summer, predominantly in May–June.
