The plant is an intergeneric hybrid obtained by crossing Nerine bowdenii and Amaryllis belladonna. Flowering of the variety occurs from September to November; the hybrid is sterile, which ensures a longer flowering period compared to the parent species.
Externally, the plant is characterized by stems 50–75 cm high and strap-shaped leaves that develop in early summer. The flowers have a soft pink shade and wavy, recurved petals. The plant has relative frost hardiness down to -5...-10°C and is distinguished by sturdy stems.
