The variety is mid-season, the growing period lasts from 190 to 200 days. The plant forms an upright leaf rosette.

The root vegetables are spherical in shape, their weight varies from 200 to 600 g. The surface is smooth, colored yellowish-gray with a greenish tint, the flesh is white.

The variety has a spicy taste and a strong aroma. The root vegetables are characterized by high keeping quality, allowing them to be stored until spring. They are used universally: fresh, for soups, baking, and drying.
