Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant forms an upright rosette of dark green leaves and belongs to the tall group. The root vegetables have a round shape, a smooth surface, and whitish skin. The interior of the root is dense, fine-grained, and bright white with a characteristic spicy aroma, maintaining its structure when reaching large sizes.

The growing period of the variety is 95–120 days; harvesting is carried out from September to November. The variety is open-pollinated and possesses good resistance to Septoria. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and long-term winter storage.
