The plant forms a compact leaf apparatus 30–40 cm in height. The root system is well-developed, with thin lateral roots located mainly in the lower part of the root vegetable, which simplifies cleaning. The flesh of the root vegetable is dense, tender, without voids or anthocyanins, thanks to which it maintains a white color after boiling, drying, or freezing.
The variety has tolerance to leaf spot (Septoria apiicola). The root vegetables are suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, drying, and long-term storage.
