The period from emergence to harvest is 120–160 days. The plant forms a compact rosette of leaves. The root crops have a round shape, smooth surface, and a minimum number of side roots.

The flesh is white, juicy, with a spicy taste and aroma. The root crops are suitable for fresh consumption, drying, and culinary processing, maintaining quality during storage for up to 8 months. The variety shows resistance to bolting and a number of diseases, including Septoria.
