The plant reaches a height of 45–50 cm, forms upright dark green leaves with thin petioles. The variety possesses an intense aroma and juiciness, intended for cultivation in open field.

The plant is distinguished by low maintenance regarding soil type, and resistance to celery viruses and frost. The greens are used fresh, for culinary processing and preservation.
