The variety is mid-season, the period from planting to maturity is 90 to 115 days. Mature plants reach a height of 50–90 cm and have a strong root system, providing resistance to lodging.
The plant forms a rosette with dark green petioles that have a tender, crispy texture and a sweet taste. The variety shows tolerance to Celery mosaic virus, as well as resistance to boron and magnesium deficiency.
The variety is versatile in use: petioles and leaves are suitable for fresh consumption, preparing various dishes, and flavoring broths. Suitable for cultivation in home gardens and market production.
