The early-maturing celeriac variety forms a semi-erect rosette of medium-sized dark green smooth shiny leaves. The root crop has a rounded shape with a potentially bumpy surface of cream color with light green streaks, its weight ranges from 150 to 300 grams.
The flesh of the root crop is dense, tender, white, and without cavities; the main volume of rootlets is concentrated in the lower part. The variety has a spicy taste, a pronounced aroma and is suitable for storage for up to 6 months. The produce has universal use, including consumption in fresh form, soups and pickles.
