The variety belongs to the naked oat type, which lacks hulls. Morphologically, the grain is characterized by noticeable pubescence, which is a typical trait for this group of varieties.
The biochemical composition is distinguished by an increased concentration of protein, fats, phenolic substances, and avenanthramides, while the content of tocopherols and tocotrienols is relatively low. Technological studies have shown that the variety has limitations during hydrothermal processing.
The variety is a spring type. During harvest, specific threshing regimes must be observed, as there may be grain with incomplete hull removal, the share of which can range from 1% to 10% and more.
