The variety was bred by individual selection from the hybrid population Leanda × Caxias. The plant is characterized by an erect habit, absence of pubescence on the upper stem node, and light green, wide, short leaves. The panicle is short, awnless, spreading, with a semi-erect position of the branches. The caryopsis is yellow.

The variety possesses complex resistance to the pathogens of crown rust, powdery mildew, and smut diseases. Under field conditions, the variety demonstrated a yield of 4.74 t/ha. Due to high stability of the genotype, it is used as a standard when evaluating oat breeding lines.
