The root crops have a rounded shape and smooth skin. The flesh of the variety is snow-white, juicy, and without the distinct rings characteristic of common varieties. During culinary processing, the root crops do not stain hands or other ingredients in dishes.
The variety is universal and suitable for fresh consumption, processing, and freezing. In terms of vitamin, folic acid, and mineral content, it is comparable to traditional red varieties.
The plant requires growing conditions similar to other beet types. It prefers moist, humus-rich soils with a neutral pH. Sowing seeds in the open field is carried out in the period from April to July.
