The plant has an upright growth habit. The leaves have a medium-green shade, a glossy surface and a slight waxy coating. The petioles are characterized by fleshiness and a width of 5 to 8 cm, their color varies from white to cream.

The variety is distinguished by a slow transition to flowering, which extends the harvesting period. The plant is suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and in the open field. It is consumed as a leafy vegetable, while the petioles are suitable for culinary processing, and the leaves can be used similarly to spinach.
