The hybrid was created in collaboration between breeders from the Verkhnyachka and Veselopodolsk experimental stations of the Institute of Bioenergy Crops and Sugar Beet. It is a monogerm triploid hybrid by type.
The maternal component is a monogerm diploid form with cytoplasmic male sterility; the paternal component is a multigerm tetraploid form. The hybrid belongs to the sugar-yield usage type and is capable of withstanding limiting factors.
