Variety description

The plant forms compact, well-branched bushy clumps. The leaves are dark green, broad-lanceolate to heart-shaped in form, with a pointed tip.
The inflorescences are dense spike-shaped candles of a bright cherry-red color, rising above the foliage; two flower stalks are often formed on each stem. The variety has strong stems, resistant to lodging, and good disease resistance.
The plant is intended for use in flower beds, group plantings, and at the edges of woody plantings.
