The variety forms round roots weighing from 1 to 2 kg, characterized by a green coloration on the upper part and a yellow lower part. The flesh is yellow, distinguished by a tender texture and a sweet-spicy taste.
The plant belongs to cold-hardy crops capable of tolerating light frosts. The harvest is collected from September or October until the onset of cold weather. Sowing in open field is carried out in the period from April to July; crop rotation is recommended during cultivation to prevent diseases.
