The variety Lipan M/S represents a male sterile line, which was included in the composition of the composite hybrid variety "Lipan" in a proportion of 80% together with components "Limpet" (10%) and "Lisabeth" (10%).

Detailed data on morphological characteristics, disease resistance indicators, or grain quality parameters are absent from open sources. The variety was removed from the EU common catalogue of varieties of agricultural plant species in 2004.
