The variety is low-growing, forms a dense and thick stand with a developed taproot system, which contributes to improving soil structure and increasing its infiltration capacity. The plant possesses high winter hardiness, frost resistance, and durability.

Used for livestock grazing and fresh forage harvesting. Due to its dense leaf canopy, the variety is in demand in game breeding as cover for wild animals and birds. It is also used to protect water resources from nitrogen leaching.
