The variety belongs to the medium-late tall plant group. It is characterized by a high dry matter yield and a significant proportion of leaf mass in the plant composition, as well as the presence of a thick, nutritious stem.

The plant possesses high resistance to clubroot and good resistance to lodging. Winter hardiness allows it to withstand temperature drops down to –10…–12 °C.

The crop prefers deep, fertile soils with good moisture. It is used as a fodder crop for livestock, a forage plot for wildlife, and as an intermediate crop for improving soil structure.
