The Hirzia F1 hybrid is classified as sprouting broccoli. The plant reaches a height of 40–50 cm and is characterized by a compact structure. The variety is early or mid-early, and with sowing from March to June, the harvest can be obtained starting from July.
The plant forms a main head which subsequently divides into individual stems, and also produces additional side shoots with florets. The stems are edible and resemble asparagus in taste. After thermal processing, the florets retain their dark green color. The product is intended for summer-autumn cultivation and use in salads or as a side dish.
