The Husumer variety is an open-pollinated variety, which allows for the preservation of varietal characteristics when collecting seeds independently. The plant belongs to the «Calabrese» type, characterized by the formation of a main central head and additional side shoots.

The variety is intended for commercial and open-field cultivation within the framework of organic farming. Its development is aimed at increasing the independence of producers from the use of hybrid seeds and maintaining genetic diversity.
