The variety forms a medium or large central head. After cutting the main inflorescence, the plant actively grows side shoots, which allows for multiple harvests throughout the season. The period from germination to harvest is approximately 60–90 days.

The plant is hardy and capable of withstanding temperature drops down to -7°C. The crop prefers fertile, moisture-retentive soils and good lighting. When planting, it is recommended to leave a distance of 45–60 cm between plants for the full development of robust stems.

The produce has a tender texture and a nutty flavor, suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and freezing. The variety is heirloom, and seeds are suitable for replanting.
